Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail Glass. The Kamikaze is designed to waste people quick. If you plan on serving many of these, a good idea is to prepare a pitcher beforehand and refridgerate the mix; or better yet, put it in the freezer. Then, you can walk around the party serving Kamikaze shots.
